Reservation policies
Whenever one of our users is making a reservation on one of our websites, the policies applicable to said reservation will be made clear to the user BEFORE confirming the request- the 3rd step of the reservation process. An e-mail sent to confirm the reservation will also include the corresponding policies.

It is important to mention that reservations cannot be made for more than 9 rooms under the same name and charged to the same credit card for the same stay. If necessary, the reservation must be made through a request to the Groups and Events section.

These policies can vary depending on the season, hotel, reserved rate, etc. However, we strongly recommend that our users check the applicable policies before finishing the reservation process. There are four types:

Non-arrival policy
The purpose of this policy is to inform the customer about the penalty given if a reservation is confirmed and the client does not check-in on the stipulated arrival date. In this event, the policy will indicate the penalty fee or its equivalent in number of nights, subtracting the security deposit.

Cancellation policy
The purpose of this policy is to inform the customer of the penalty for not complying with the established time limits for canceling or changing a reservation, and it defines the fee or its equivalent in number of nights, subtracting the security deposit.

Advance deposit policy
This policy informs the client about the guarantee deposit terms requested by the hotel in order to respect the reservation. It establishes the amount or number of nights to confirm, the accepted payment methods and the time period in which they have to make it.
It is important for the customer to review this procedure, because if the deposit is not received on the date indicated, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
The guarantee deposit procedure can be avoided if the customer provides credit card details when making their reservation, eliminating the need to carry out the above actions, as the card represents the guarantee.
If another payment method is chosen, the steps to be taken will be communicated during the reservation process and in a confirmation e-mail.

Early departure policy
This policy informs the user about the penalty for checking out of the hotel before the date originally established when making the reservation.
The policy indicates the penalty fee incurred or its equivalent in number of nights.
